• I worked to grow Parkside through three acquisitions in three years, while training in-house personnel to take over my past positions. My strongest suit is building relationships and I intentionally passed off all other responsibilities to focus on maximizing that strength.• I managed a multi-million-dollar enhancement/construction department. I fostered relationships with owners and property managers, designed and generated proposals, scheduled work, created/ monitored job costing, ordered materials, lined out crews each morning, managed job quality on sight, and billed upon satisfactory completion.• I increased yearly extra work sales from just under 1 million to 2.5 million dollars, while raising the profit margin by 10%, managing projects as large as a quarter million dollars. I also added thousands of dollars of new profit streams, including winter pots. • I earned my Qualified Supervisor/QS and managed chemical applications while staying in compliance with Department of Agriculture. I continue to maintain my license. I became our companies first Safety Manager and secured a Cost Containment Certification to save our company 10% on insurance. I was trained by our talented female owner, who had run our floral operations for 25-years, to take over our Floral Operations and managed sales, ordering, and planting of spring, fall, and winter floral. In the winter, I was an Area Snow Manager supervising in-house workers, subcontractors, and equipment routing. I plowed when it was needed while answering the phone and ensuring account management was not neglected. I organically brought on new maintenance properties and extra work while performing the aforementioned responsibilities.
