Sandeep has been with Monarch since 2023. He brings over 25 years of experience leading technology, program management, indirect procurement, and business process outsourcing functions. Prior to Monarch, Sandeep spent 12 years leading major global initiatives across technology, procurement, and strategic programs at 99 Cents Only Stores as CIO & SVP for Shared Services. Prior to that, Sandeep was a leader at Xerox, Microsoft, HealthNet, CommerceOne/SAP and Deloitte, among others, mostly focused on building and implementing technology strategy and solutions. Sandeep’s cross-function and cross-industry expertise has positioned him as a leader in driving strategic value across most major corporate initiatives.
