Mark Neas joined Monarch in February 2023 as COO of our Maintenance division. Mark is a seasoned executive with a career focused on business services and is dedicated to generating value with distinctive customer service delivery.
Prior to joining Monarch, Mark held numerous leadership positions, including Chief Sales Officer at EmployBridge and CEO, President, and Board Member at Evergreen Industrial Services. At EmployBridge, Mark spearheaded sales initiatives that contributed to the company’s substantial growth; during his tenure at Evergreen Industrial Services, he successfully led a private equity-crafted merger, resulting in significant revenue growth and enhanced operational efficiency. Prior to that experience, as President at Brand Energy Solutions, Mark oversaw operations across the U.S. and Mexico, where he drove a 75% revenue increase and a 147% EBITDA improvement over four years.
A native of Dallas, Texas, Mark splits his time between Dallas, Monarch's Los Angeles headquarters, and at our branches across the U.S. Outside of work, Mark is actively involved in the lives of his three adult daughters. He is an avid college sports fan and enjoys road biking around town.
