Brian Helgoe is the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, and a member of the board of Monarch Landscape Companies. His passion for horticulture began at the age of 18, laying the foundation for his decades-long career in landscape management and consulting. Prior to founding Monarch, Brian served as Senior Vice President at ValleyCrest Landscape Companies, where he managed landscape maintenance and construction operations nationwide. During his tenure at ValleyCrest, Brian also developed and led the company's national operational improvement initiatives.
Prior to ValleyCrest, Brian was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he honed his strategic and operational experience. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
