Andrew Metheny

Andrew Metheny joined Monarch in January 2019. In his role, Andrew spearheads and optimizes operational standards and strategies across maintenance operations. He is focused on enhancing performance, employee retention, customer satisfaction, and gross margin percentage (GM%), all while driving operational excellence and efficiency.

Andrew's 35-year career in the industry began at his family's commercial landscape company, where he spent over two decades working his way up from crew member to an owner and then vice president, leading finance and corporate services, successfully building the company from 20 employees to over 300. After the company's sale to the Brickman Group in 2013, they merged with ValleyCrest to create BrightView, eventually becoming the Vice President and General Manager for North Texas, overseeing operational teams until 2017. At Monarch, Andrew has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision and operations, including the development of a field training program and key labor planning initiatives.  

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and three daughters. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys woodworking, fly fishing, and boating.
