Adit Vij joined the Monarch team in September 2024 to drive our acquisition and development strategy, analyzing markets to proactively identify and prioritize opportunities that enable our business to achieve rapid and sustainable EBITDA growth. In partnership with the management team, Adit manages our deal pipeline at all levels, building relationships with potential sellers, coaching them through the process and ensuring a smooth post-sale integration.
Prior to joining Monarch, Adit led deal execution at Morgan Stanley focusing on deal sourcing and due diligence, M&A, negotiation, and corporate development. He has also held investment banking roles at Lazard, Macquarie Group, the Sage Group, and Citi.
A fan of sports, good food, and travel (he has visited over 50 countries), Adit lives in Santa Monica.
