Wind Crest Senior Living Community is considered a “zero tolerance” property when it comes to snow — meaning that our crews must quickly and completely clear excess snow, regardless of the amount. This is no easy feat, given that the community encompasses 84 acres — all of which must be treated with the same speed and care in order to ensure the safety of the elderly residents.

To ensure the safety of the residents, we utilize a several-stage plan which begins even before the first snowflake falls. We constantly monitor multiple local weather websites, and also contract with a weather service provider for the most accurate and up-to-date predictions. We also have our crews at the ready to make sure that when the storm hits, we can mobilize quickly and clear the property with equal speed.
