Before he began his career with Monarch Landscape Companies, he enlisted in the United States Army, serving as a sniper and a Platoon Sergeant in Afghanistan. In Afghanistan, Bailey was responsible for managing 23 million dollars’ worth of equipment.
Bailey Winfield began his career with Terracare, a Monarch Landscape Company, in 2013 and continues to make a positive impact within the organization. Bailey has not shied from hard work, he started as a Snowplow Driver, supported the Public Infrastructure division as General Laborer with a smooth transition to Asphalt Crew Member. Bailey trained as a Foreman, and now trains crew members and manages large projects as a Project Manager.
Bailey’s experience in the US Army combined with working his way up at Monarch Landscape Companies has made for a phenomenal leader. Team member, Ruben Alonso Garcia Hernandez, Crew Member, said, “Bailey is one of the best leaders we have, he understands what it’s like to be in the field. He worked his way up from the bottom to where he is now. He relates to the crews he is in charge of and he builds them up with the understanding he gained from being in their same position throughout his career.” Monarch Landscape Companies is grateful to Bailey for his many contributions and his leadership in the field.
We are thankful for your service to our country and all you have done for to inspire growth within the teams you lead. To all our military veterans, your Monarch Landscape family is grateful and wishes you a Happy Veterans Day!
